Resplit

Resplitting is a situation when a player, who has already split pairs on an initial deal, splits pairs again.

Rich Deck

A section of a card shoe or deck that is rich in high value cards.

Risk of Ruin

Risk of ruin is the risk of losing the player’s entire bankroll.

Random Number Generator

Random Number Generator that is patented computer software used to randomly generate numbers. The random number that results is used to determine the outcome of a result.

RSA

Acronym for Resplitting of Aces allowed. This is a rule used rarely by some casinos, as it is more advantageous to the player.

Running Count

The total count of the weights of all cards that have been exposed since the cards have been shuffled from the shoe. The running count is updated by the value of the point count after each hand of cards
