Early Surrender
This refers to a player giving up the hand before the dealer has looked at the second of his cards. The player stands to lose 50% of the bet in this situation.
Edge
This is what people use to describe the advantage that either the player has or the house has and is usually expressed as a percentage.
Even Money
An Even Money bet is where a player stands to win or lose the same value as what he has bet. For example if you bet $10 and you stand to win or lose $10.
Expectation
Expectation refers to what the player stands to make on a bet and this is usually expressed as a percentage.

The camera that is placed above the table to ensure that there is no cheating from players or dealers
